Стан сільської медицини та аптек в кінці ХХ ‒ на початку ХХІ століття

Abstract

У статті аналізується розвиток медицини та фармації в українському селі кінця ХХ – початку ХХІ століття. Основну увагу акцентовано на болючих проблемах, які спіткали сільські лікарні, фельдшерсько-акушерські пункти та аптеки в новий історичний період розвитку країни – період незалежності. Автор робить висновок, що ініційовані державою реформи середини першого десятиліття ХХІ ст., спрямовані на оптимізацію сільських лікарняних закладів, позитивних результатів не дали. Навпаки, отримати медичну допомогу чи придбати ліки стало досить проблематично для жителів віддалених сіл.

The development of medicine and pharmacy in the Ukrainian village in the end of the ХХ – beginning of the ХХI centuries is analyzed in the article. The main attention is focused on the pressing problems which have become the root of suffering for rural hospitals, rural health posts and pharmacies during the new period of historical development of the state – the Independence period. The author arrives at the conclusion that the state reforms, initiated at the midpoint of the first decade of the XXI century, aimed at the optimization of rural hospital institutions, had no effect. Actually, it has become difficult enough for the residents of outlying villages to get medical aid or buy medicines
