Реалізація цифрових технологій на стадіях виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції

Abstract

У статті досліджено передумови та можливості реалізації цифрових технологій на стадіях виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції. Виокремлено ключові стадії аграрного виробництва та покроково проаналізовано вплив цифрових технологій на кожну виробничу стадію з поглибленою деталізацію передумов та можливостей їх реалізації. Розроблено схему використання цифрових помічників у технологічному процесі вирощування сільськогосподарських культур, яка є передумовою побудови стратегії поступової реалізації технологій точного землеробства в практичну діяльність підприємств. Виділено найбільш перспективні та затребувані цифрові технології точного землеробства, які найчастіше впроваджують сільськогосподарські підприємства на теренах нашої держави. Деталізовано технології точного землеробства, які, окрім теоретичного обґрунтування ефективності впровадження, потребують розробки та відповідних розрахунків ціни реалізації конкретних інвестиційних проектів з придбання відповідних цифрових інструментів, визначення черговості впровадження технологій і термінів окупності вкладених сільськогосподарськими підприємствами коштів. Зазначено, що поетапна реалізація інструментів цифрового точного землеробства на стадіях виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції дасть можливість позбутися окремих «болячок» вирощування сільськогосподарських культур, таких як перевитрати посівного матеріалу, засобів захисту рослин, паливно-мастильних матеріалів, добрив тощо.

The preconditions and possibilities of digital technologies implementation at the stages of agricultural production have been researched in the article. The key stages of agrarian production have been identified and the impact of digital technologies on each production stage has been analyzed in detail, with in-depth detailing of preconditions and possibilities for their realization. The scheme of the use of digital assistants in the technological process of growing crops, which is a prerequisite for building a strategy of gradual implementation of precision farming technologies in the practical activities of enterprises, has been developed. The most promising and popular digital technologies of precision farming that are most often introduced by agricultural enterprises in the territory of our country have been highlighted. Precision farming technologies, which, in addition to the theoretical substantiation of the efficiency of implementation, require the development and appropriate calculations of the cost of implementation of specific investment projects for the acquisition of appropriate digital instruments, determining the sequence of implementation of technologies and payback periods of funds invested by agricultural enterprises are worked out in detail. It has been stated that the use of specialized software products and services will allow agricultural enterprises to carry out technological operations and management processes in a more informed, timely and balanced manner, taking into account the available amount of information on satellite monitoring, meteorological services and pharm-management systems. It has been emphasized on the necessity to build a system of accounting automation at the enterprise and write-off of inventory, which will make it easier to control the compliance of the accounting and actual residues of the TMC at the storage sites and to provide the manager with complete, timely and reliable information on their movement within the enterprise. The step-by-step implementation of digital precision farming tools at agricultural production stages will help to get rid of certain "diseases" of crop cultivation, such as overspending of crops, plant protection products, fuel and lubricants, fertilizers, etc.
