Протиризикове управління зацікавленими сторонами проектів агропромислового комплексу

Abstract

Стаття присвячена розробленню інструментарію для протиризикового управління зацікавленими сторонами агропромислових проектів. У статті визначено області впливу зацікавлених сторін проектів агропромислового комплексу. Розроблено та проаналізовано карту зацікавлених сторін проектів агропромислового комплексу. Для управління ризиками, пов’язаними із стейкхолдерами в агропромислових проектах, запропоновано та описано методику застосування такого інструменту, як таблиця контролю ризиків. Рекомендується використовувати ці інструменти на фазі планування проектів агропромислового комплексу для забезпечення вчасного та адекватного реагування не лише на ризики, але й на можливості проекту.

The management of stakeholders in agro-industrial projects is an extremely important and socially responsible part of the work of every project manager. Taking into consideration the fact that every individual is a consumer of products of agro-industrial projects, and therefore the stakeholder of these projects, it is difficult to overestimate the importance of competent project stakeholder management of agroindustrial projects. The more complex a project is, the more stakeholders it has, which shall be managed, and even more relevant is the usage of professional stakeholder management tools for agro-industrial projects. The article identifies the areas of influence of the stakeholders of agro-industrial projects. The stakeholder’s map of agro-industrial complex projects, which reflects the degree of support/opposition of the stakeholder regarding the agro-project or of project manager and its team, as well as the degree of influence of the stakeholder on the project itself, has been developed and analyzed. To improve the communication efficiency, reduce a conflict resolution period, reduce the likelihood of risks, and increase the potential for receiving additional benefits in the form of additional profits or shortening project implementation period, the author proposes to pay attention to the mentality of every stakeholder, when conducting the project stakeholder identification. To manage the risks associated with the stakeholders in agro-industrial projects, a methodology for applying the risk control table is proposed and described. It is recommended to use the developed tools at the planning stage of stakeholder management projects of agro-industrial complex to ensure the timely and adequate response not only on the project risks, but also on its opportunities.
