Abstract: В статті розглянуто умови забезпечення економічного зростання та формування гідних умов праці в процесі реалізації концепції сталого розвитку в Україні. З цією метою проведено аналіз економічного розвитку та умов праці в Україні та світі, а також виокремлено проблеми та перспективи забезпечення економічного зростання та гідних умов праці в Україні. Основними критеріями для оцінювання стали приріст ВВП, обсяг ВВП на одного зайнятого, рейтинг країн за Глобальним інноваційним індексом, впровадження інновацій на промислових підприємствах, рівень зайнятості населення, частка молоді, яка не працює, не навчається і не набуває професійних навичок. В результаті проведеного дослідження зроблено наступні висновки. За останні роки Україна досягла значних успіхів у реалізації поставлених завдань. І хоча покращення відбувається поступово і досягнення високого рівня життя населення все ще потребує значних затрат матеріальних та нематеріальних ресурсів, слід відзначити якісні позитивні зрушення. Враховуючи сучасні тенденції світового розвитку, забезпечення гідної праці та економічного зростання в Україні має ґрунтуватися на технологічному оновленні та інноваційній модернізації виробництв, зростанні конкурентоспроможності підприємств з метою розширення експортних можливостей, розвитку середнього та малого бізнесу з метою створення нових робочих місць, підвищенні ефективності використання людського потенціалу через покращення умов праці.
This article covers conditions of providing economic growth and forming up decent labor conditions during the realization of the sustainable development concept in Ukraine. The article’s goal is to analyze economic development and labor conditions in Ukraine and worldwide, and also to detach problems and prospects of providing economic growth and decent labor conditions in Ukraine. This analysis is based on the following main assessment criteria; GDP growth, GDP per worker, rating of countries in the Global Innovation Index, innovation implementation in industrial entrepreneurship, employment rate, rate of youth unemployed, not graduating and gaining professional skills. The following conclusions are made in the result of our research. During last years Ukraine has achieved major success in the implementation of marked goals. Even though improvements are going gradually and the achievement of high level of population life still needs major expenses of material and non-material resources, qualitative positive changes should be marked. Taking into consideration modern tendencies of world development, the providing of decent labor conditions and economic growth in Ukraine should be based on technological renovation and manufacture innovational modernization, the growth of enterprise competitiveness aimed on diversification of export abilities, the development of middle and small business aimed on new workplaces creation, the increase of human potential efficiency through labor condition improvement.
