Предметом дослідження є система управління персоналом на ПП «ІН АГРО Об’єкт дослідження теоретичні положення та прикладні аспекти підвищення ефективності системи управління персоналом на ПП «ІН АГРО». Мета роботи – обґрунтування напрямів підвищення ефективності системи управління персоналом на підприємстві. на ПП «ІН АГРО». Методи дослідження – описовий статистичний аналіз, системний аналіз, метод порівнянь, економіко- математичні методи За результатами дослідження здійснено аналіз теоретико теоретико- методичних засад підвищення ефективності системи управління персоналом, аналіз ефективності діяльності досліджуваного підприємства, кадрового забезпечення та аналіз системи управління персоналом ПП «ІН АГРО».. Одержані результати. В даній роботі запропоновано та обґрунтовано систему заходіів, які спямовані на підвищення рівня залученості персоналу в умовах віддаленої роботи, а також заходів, що підвищують ефективність процесу відбору персоналу. Наукові положення доведено до рівня методичних рекомендацій, які можуть бути використані у господарській діяльності досліджуваного підприємства.

The subject of the study is the personnel management system at the enterprise. The objects of research are the theoretical provisions and applied aspects of improving the efficiency of the personnel management system in the enterprise. The purpose of this work is a substantiation of directions of increase the efficiency of the system of personnel management at the enterprise. Research methods are descriptive statistical analysis, systems analysis, method of comparisons, economic and mathematical methods. According to the results of the study, the analysis of theoretical, and methodological principles of improving the efficiency of the personnel management system, analysis of the efficiency of the researched enterprise, staffing, and analysis of the personnel management system of the enterprise has been made The obtained results. In this paper are proposed and substantiated the system of measures aimed at increasing the level of staff involvement in remote work, as well as measures to increase the efficiency of the personnel selection process. Scientific provisions are brought to the level of methodical recommendations that can be used in the economic activity of the researched enterprise.
