Критерії визначення та роль малого й середнього бізнесу в економічному розвитку регіонів

Abstract

У статті доповнено етапи розвитку теорії підприємництва та визначено їх внесок у ключові положення економічного розвитку. Виділено пріоритетні критерії виокремлення різних типів бізнесу та виявлено їх вплив на розміри підприємства. Ідентифіковано критерії виділення малих підприємств та середніх підприємств в Україні на основі формування кількісних, якісних та комбінованих показників. Доведено, що малий та середній у більшості напрямів діяльності доповнюють одне одного, тому розглядають у єдності. Сформовано місце й роль малого й середнього бізнесу у економічному розвитку регіонів.

The article complements the stages of the development of the theory of entrepreneurship and determines their contribution to the key provisions of economic development. Priority criteria for distinguishing different types of business are identified and their impact on the size of the enterprise is identified. The criteria for the allocation of small enterprises and medium enterprises in Ukraine have been identified on the basis of quantitative, qualitative and combined indicators. It is proved that the small and average majority of activities complement each other, therefore they are considered in unity. The place and role of small and medium-sized businesses in the economic development of the regions have been formed.
