Ідентифікація ризиків у закладі вищої освіти з використанням методики 5W

Abstract

В різних галузях промисловості за допомогою Lean-філософії знаходять рішення для розв’язання проблем ефективності. Більшість досліджень на тему ощадливого виробництва проводяться у виробничому контексті. Наше дослідження має на меті розробити інноваційний метод визначення типів та мір ризиків, які мають високу ймовірність настання і потребують заходів для їх усунення в першу чергу, використовуючи один з інструментів ощадливого виробництва, та визначити корінь проблеми їх настання. Етапи дослідження складаються з послідовних кроків, таких як ідентифікація ризиків освітніх проєктів в закладах вищої освіти, їх оцінка та аналіз першопричин виникнення. Для з’ясування першопричин виникнення ризиків розглянемо можливість застосування відомого методу Lean-філософії «Whys – Root Cause Analysis» (5 Чому).

In various industries, Lean philosophy is used to find solutions to solve efficiency problems. Most research on lean manufacturing is conducted in a manufacturing context. Our research aims to develop an innovative method of determining the types and measures of risks that have a high probability of occurrence and require measures to eliminate them in the first place, using one of the tools of lean production and to determine the root of the problem of their occurrence. The stages of the research consist of successive steps, such as the identification of the risks of educational projects in institutions of higher education, their assessment and analysis of the root causes of their occurrence. To find out the root causes of the occurrence of risks, we will consider the possibility of applying the well-known Lean philosophy method "Why - Root Cause Analysis" (5 why).
