Оцінка економічної безпеки підприємства як підґрунтя прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень на засадах сталого розвитку

Abstract

Дослідження економічної безпеки підприємства є ключовим чинником забезпечення сталого розвитку в умовах пермакризи, оскільки визначає здатність суб’єкта господарювання адаптуватися до змін зовнішнього середовища, ефективно протидіяти дестабілізуючим факторам та приймати ефективні управлінські рішення. Стаття присвячена удосконаленню оцінки економічної безпеки підприємства і розробці методичного та практичного інструментарію. Особливо актуальним це питання є для металургійної галузі, де нестабільність зовнішнього середовища та коливання фінансових показників зумовлюють необхідність удосконалення методики оцінки економічної безпеки підприємства, що сприятиме підвищенню стійкості та швидкій адаптації до нових викликів. Для досягнення поставленої мети в статті використано комплексний і системний підходи, діалектичний метод пізнання, а також методи аналізу, синтезу та узагальнення. Авторами запропоновано та апробовано методичний підхід до оцінки економічної безпеки підприємства на основі інтегрального показника, який дозволяє своєчасно виявляти та усувати загрози і ризики за окремими складовими. Визначено такі складові: фінансова, кадрова, інноваційно-інвестиційна, що відповідає умовам сталого розвитку підприємства. Розроблено поетапну модель розрахунку інтегрального показника оцінки економічної безпеки підприємства. Графічно наведено інтерпретацію розрахунків за цією методикою. Апробована методика оцінки економічної безпеки підприємства дозволяє коригувати кількісні та якісні показники з огляду на галузеву специфіку конкретного суб'єкта господарювання, охоплюючи весь спектр зовнішніх і внутрішніх процесів підприємства. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані топ-менеджментом металургійних підприємств для прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень на засадах сталого розвитку в умовах пермакризи.

The study of economic security of an enterprise is a key factor in ensuring sustainable development in the context of a permacrisis, since it determines the ability of an economic entity to adapt to changes in external environment, effectively counteract destabilising factors and make effective management decisions. The article focuses on the improvement of the assessment of economic security of the enterprise and the development of methodological and practical tools. This issue is especially relevant for the metallurgical industry, where the instability of external environment and fluctuations in financial indicators necessitate the improvement of the methodology for assessing economic security of the enterprise, which will help to increase its resilience and rapid adaptation to new challenges. To achieve this goal, the article uses a comprehensive and systematic approach, a dialectical method of cognition, as well as methods of analysis, synthesis and generalisation. The authors propose and test a methodological approach to the assessment of economic security of the enterprise based on an integral indicator, which allows for timely identification and elimination of threats and risks by individual components. The following components have been identified: financial, human resources, innovation and investment, which corresponds to the conditions of sustainable development of the enterprise. A step-by-step model for calculating the integral indicator for assessing economic security of the enterprise has been developed. The interpretation of calculations according to this methodology is graphically presented. The tested methodology for the assessment of economic security of the enterprise makes it possible to adjust quantitative and qualitative indicators taking into account the industry specifics of a particular business entity, covering the entire range of external and internal processes of the enterprise. The results of the study can be used by the top management of metallurgical enterprises to make effective management decisions on the basis of sustainable development in the context of the permacrisis.
