Abstract

The article analyzes Ukraine’s contribution to strengthening human resource security and reducing disparities in the European labour market, taking into account migration processes, educational potential, and the professional structure of the workforce. It substantiates Ukraine’s role as both a donor and a strategic partner in shaping balanced human capital in Europe and identifies key directions for enhancing the integration of Ukrainian professionals into the common European labour space.
