Цифровізація процесів реалізації інвестиційно-будівельних проєктів

Abstract

У статті досліджується актуальна проблема забезпечення сталої конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних будівельних підприємств на основі цифрової трансформації їхньої проєктної діяльності. Підкреслюється, що в умовах глобалізації економічних процесів, зростання конкуренції на національних і міжнародних ринках, а також необхідності швидкої адаптації до викликів Четвертої промислової революції цифровізація постає не лише як сучасний інструмент оптимізації операційних процесів. Вона виступає стратегічною передумовою довгострокового розвитку галузі та формування її конкурентних переваг. У світлі сучасних концепцій стратегічного менеджменту уточнюється роль цифровізації бізнес-процесів сфери проєктування, яка розглядається як один із ключових чинників успіху на ринку будівельних послуг. Використання цифрових технологій дозволяє суттєво підвищити продуктивність праці, якість управлінських рішень, швидкість їх прийняття, а також прозорість усіх етапів реалізації проєктів. Крім того, цифровізація створює умови для ефективної інтеграції вітчизняних підприємств у глобальний технологічний простір, відкриваючи нові можливості для міжнародного партнерства та інвестицій. Автор наголошує, що успішна реалізація цифрової трансформації, відповідно до висунутої гіпотези, неможлива без наявності цілісної стратегії, яка передбачає формування чіткої архітектури управління, визначення етапів та механізмів змін, а також забезпечує поступовий перехід від поточного стану підприємства до бажаного рівня цифрової зрілості. При цьому особлива увага приділяється ролі людського капіталу. Здатність персоналу швидко опановувати нові інструменти і технології, а також готовність організаційної культури до інноваційних змін розглядаються як визначальні фактори ефективності трансформаційних процесів. Окремо проаналізовано практику впровадження сучасних цифрових рішень у будівельному секторі, зокрема PropTech та BIM-технологій. Наведені приклади підтверджують їхню високу результативність, здатність формувати якісно нові моделі управління проєктами, знижувати ризики та водночас посилювати інноваційний потенціал підприємств. Таким чином, цифровізація стає не лише інструментом підвищення ефективності, але й фундаментальною основою формування стійких конкурентних переваг у довгостроковій перспективі.

The article examines the current problem of ensuring sustainable competitiveness of domestic construction enterprises based on digital transformation of their design activities. It is emphasised that in the context of globalisation of economic processes, increased competition in national and international markets, as well as the need for rapid adaptation to the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digitalisation appears not only as a modern tool for optimising operational processes. It acts as a strategic prerequisite for the long-term development of the industry and the formation of its competitive advantages. In the light of modern concepts of strategic management, the role of digitalisation of business processes in the design sector, which is considered one of key factors of success in the construction services market, is clarified. The use of digital technologies makes it possible to significantly increase labour productivity, the quality of management decisions, the speed of their adoption, as well as the transparency of all stages of project implementation. In addition, digitalisation creates conditions for the effective integration of domestic enterprises into the global technological space, opening up new opportunities for international partnership and investment. The author emphasises that the successful implementation of digital transformation, according to the hypothesis put forward, is impossible without a holistic strategy that involves the formation of clear management architecture, the determination of stages and mechanisms of change, and also ensures a gradual transition from the current state of the enterprise to the desired level of digital maturity. In this case, special attention is paid to the role of human capital. The ability of personnel to quickly master new tools and technologies, as well as the readiness of organisational culture for innovative changes are considered as determining factors of the effectiveness of transformation processes. The practice of implementing modern digital solutions in the construction sector, in particular PropTech and BIM technologies, is separately analysed. The examples given confirm their high efficiency, the ability to form qualitatively new project management models, reduce risks and at the same time strengthen the innovative potential of enterprises. Thus, digitalisation becomes not only a tool for increasing efficiency, but also a fundamental basis for the formation of sustainable competitive advantages in the long term.
