Розвиток людського капіталу підприємства як детермінанта економічного зростання суспільства

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано роль людського капіталу підприємства В економічному зростанні окремої людини, підприємства та суспільства в цілому. Визначено сутність категорії «людський капітал підприємства», форми прояву залежно від етапу реалізації, виконувані функції та необхідність його розвитку для підприємства. Представлено авторське бачення ролі людини у формуванні та використанні людського капіталу у контексті досягнення економічного розвитку суспільства. Обґрунтовано роль та види інвестицій у формуванні та розвитку людського капіталу підприємства, представлено особливості цього виду інвестицій, відмінні від фінансування іншого капіталу підприємства. Виокремлено три основні складові людського капіталу, розвиток яких потребує інвестицій: охорона здоров’я, рівень освіти та духовний розвиток людини. Охарактеризовано можливості інвестування цих напрямів з боку підприємства.

The growth of crisis processes at present stage of socio-economic development of Ukraine increases the importance of understanding the role of an individual in achieving social progress. Traditional approaches of understanding the sources of economic development are losing their relevance, shifting the emphasis to the intangible resources of innovative renewal, especially human capital. That is why investigation of the role and importance of human capital development of an enterprise in ensuring the economic growth of national economy and improving the welfare of its population in particular is very important. The purpose of the research is the justification of scientific approaches to understanding the nature and importance of human capital of an enterprise in ensuring the economic growth of society. The article substantiates the role of human capital of an enterprise in economic growth of an individual, enterprise and society as a whole. The essence of the category "human capital of an enterprise", the forms of its manifestation depending on the stage of implementation, the functions and need for its development for enterprise are determined. The authors' vision of human role in the formation and using of human capital in the context of achieving economic development of society is presented. The role and types of investments in the formation and development of human capital of an enterprise are substantiated. The peculiarities of this type of investments different from the financing of other enterprise capital are presented. Three main components of human capital are separated, the development of which requires investment: health, education and cultural development of employees. The possibilities of investment of these directions by an enterprise are characterized. It is noted that the relevant costs should be considered not as consumer but as investment, as they are profitable not only for one person but also for the society, providing a significant effect of national economy growth as a whole
