Потенціал людини третього віку для суспільства

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано напрями раціональної й максимально природної інтеграції людей третього віку в активне суспільне життя та визначено переваги, які від цього будуть отримані. Розкрито потенціал людини третього віку для суспільства та здійснено аналіз основних варіантів навчання літньої людини. Проведено комплексний аналіз динаміки кількості та питомої ваги пенсіонерів у загальній чисельності населення України, рівня зайнятості населення у віці 50–70 років та номінального й реального вимірів пенсійних виплат протягом 2005–2017 рр. Обґрунтовано основні чинники, що визначають мобільність літньої людини. Конкретизовано причини скорочення обсягів корпоративних інвестицій у розвиток людини у віці. Визначено особливості літньої людини щодо процедур отримання нових знань та існування у суспільстві. Сформульовано принципи раціональної організації процесу навчання дорослих. Конкретизовано мету та переваги навчання для літньої людини, установи й можливі варіанти навчання з метою реалізації її потенціалу

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the directions of rational and maximally natural integration into the active social life of the third age person and to determine the benefits that will be obtained from this. Scientific novelty is contained in the disclosure of human potential of the third age for society and the analysis of the basic options for teaching the elderly person. A complex analysis of the dynamics of the number and proportion of pensioners in the total population of Ukraine, the employment rate of the population aged 50-70, and the nominal and real measurement of pension payments during 2005-2017 is carried out. The main factors determining the mobility of an elderly person are substantiated. The reasons for reduction of corporate investments volumes in the development of the aged person are specified. Specific features of the elderly person concerning the procedures for obtaining new knowledge and existence in society are determined. The principles of rational organization of the adult learning process are formulated. The goals and benefits for the elderly people, institutions and societies of possible options for their education are specified. Further research should focus on the development of specific programs to enhance the capacity of the elderly people and integrate them into public life, which should be implemented at the level of a specific enterprise, region and the country as a whole
