Abstract: More efficient of using nutrients feed is one of the important tasks of poultry. Maximize the genetic potential of embedded suppliers of poultry feed will be impossible without the new technology in nursing. Today, the common practice is to use enzymes to improve the nutritional value of the diet and mitigate variability in nutrient composition of feed components. The need to control content measuring enzymes in feed for fattening poultry - the main task is to reduce the cost of feeding poultry and productivity at the same cost of production
