Перспективні напрями імплементації інновацій в закладах ресторанного господарства України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто тенденції та перспективи імплементації інновацій в ресторанному бізнесі як фактору підвищення конкурентоспроможності. На основі систематизації наявних підходів сформульовано понятійний інструментарій в цій сфері. Обґрунтовано необхідність упровадження інноваційних технологій на підприємствах ресторанного господарства. Розглянуто пріоритетні напрями інноваційної діяльності у ресторанному бізнесі, шляхи їх реалізації. Охарактеризовано різновиди інновацій у ресторанному господарстві. Запропоновано систематизацію інновацій за виконуваними функціями закладами ресторанного господарства. Розглянуто основні проблеми імплементації інновацій в ресторанному бізнесі на сучасному етапі розвитку економіки України.

The article considers trends and perspectives of implementation of innovations in the restaurant business as a factor for increasing competitiveness. On the basis of systematization of existing approaches, a conceptual apparatus is formulated in this area. The necessity of introduction of innovative technologies at restaurant enterprises is substantiated. The high priority directions of innovative activity in restaurant business and the ways of their implementation are considered. The characteristics of innovations categories in restaurant business are given. The systematization of innovations according to the functions performed by the restaurant establishments is offered. The main problems of implementation of innovations in the restaurant business at the present stage of the development of the Ukrainian economy are considered
